CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received by email no later than Monday, February 2, 2026 to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after Monday, February 2, 2026 will not be eligible for refunds. Emails should be sent to kwallace@tffa.com.

Please note if you cancel your meeting registration, it does not constitute cancellation of your hotel reservations. Contact ahicks@tffa.com if you need to cancel your room reservation. The room reservation could be used for another attendee.
